By accessing or using GetXtra Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GetXtra Tools provides online file processing tools including but not limited to:

  • PDF manipulation (compress, merge, split, convert)
  • Image processing (compress, resize, convert, edit)
  • File format conversion
  • Document processing utilities

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute illegal content
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload our servers
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Subscriptions and Payments

For paid plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload and process through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

The Service itself, including its design, features, and code, is the property of GetXtra Technologies and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice
  • Experience unplanned downtime due to technical issues
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion
  • Impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetXtra Tools shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
